Art for the love of it - watercolours are my main choice of medium, closely followed by inspiration, acrylics and oils.
We all know a place like this. All it is missing is a couple of horses. :-D
I know what you mean Sandy :-) [oh, btw I'm still following your blog, but I'm unable to comment on it for some reason] :-)
Looks like The Shire from Lord of the Rings
LOL...yes, it does :-)
Oooooo, how beautiful! :)
It was a lovely walk :-)
This is so peaceful!Looks like you are having fun at Skool. Self Portraits are not easy, that's for sure. Between the portraits and the other assignment you are really pushing yourself past your comfort zone. Good for you.
Thanks Joan, the self portraits, or any portraits for that matter, are really not my thing. I've made myself do them and I have gained from the lessons (I hope) - Sketchbook Skool is proving to be fun :-)
Ah Ann - this looks like home to me - beautiful scene. Hope you are having a lovely week.
Thanks Debbie, busy here but great!
Such lovely greens. And is that a kissing gate or a stile? Hard to see at this angle.
Yes, nature at its best, and that is a kissing gate. Apart from the picture here taken on our recent outing, there are at least two kissing gates still up The Cairn.....:-)
Love your comments. I have read and published them with a big THANK YOU.Can’t always respond - too busy painting ...... ❤ ann
